(SENIOR) FRONTEND DEVELOPER

the tean is a technology company from Vienna, which is focused on the development of AI-based digital platforms.

To strengthen our team we are looking for experts in the field of frontend development (full-time and part-time). The place of work is Vienna. There is also the possibility for remote work.

• developing and maintaining the front-end infrastructure for our digital products using modern web modern web technologies such as NextJs
• collaborate with UX/UI designers in the conversion of wireframes and mockups into responsive and user-friendly websites
• implementing front-end logic for interactive features such as user registration, personalized feeds, games and challenges
• creation of complex web animations
• integration of the RESTful API provided by the backend developer for seamless frontend-backend communication
• ensure website compatibility across different browsers and devices
• implementing performance optimizations and best practices for fast loading times and optimal user experience
• participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
• writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests

• completed adequate university degree (e.g. computer science, information technology, etc.)
• relevant professional experience in front-end development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript required
• experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, NextJs) and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Cypress)
• good understanding of responsive web design, web standards, accessibility and search engine optimization (SEO)
• experience with the integration of external APIs (e.g. stripe) desirable
• familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• structured working style with pleasure in solving complex tasks
• strong interpersonal skills and intercultural understanding
• interest in working in interdisciplinary development teams
• excellent German and English language skills

The collective agreement for information and consulting applies to the advertised position. The minimum monthly salary is € 2,520 (full-time) gross. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is foreseen.
